Hello, Please allow me to introduce myself, 

 My name is Patricia Creighton M.B.E. A.S.T.(Citizenship)/B.Edu.(SEN)/Cert.Edu.(SEN)/Adv.Dip.C.E.G./Cert.Y/C 

 I am a Lady Toastmaster, Master of Ceremonies, Compere and Events Hostess.

 I am based in Croydon, Surrey where I live with Gerry, my partner of 19 years.

 I am currently working part-time as a Deputy Superintendent of Marriages, conducting ceremonies both in the Register Office and at outside venues,

I conduct Civil Partnership Ceremonies, as well as Key Speeches for groups acquiring

 British Citizenship and present the certificates.

 My work has taken me to most parts of the country and also Europe including Spain, where I

 reside for some of the year.

 I worked as a teacher for 42 years, many of those in a senior position, with young people who were   diagnosed with learning disabilities.

I am also a qualified Youth Worker and have organised and managed many overseas residential trips for large groups.

I have been a European Tour Guide, including many years based in Paris.

I was honoured in 2003 with the M.B.E. (Member of the British Empire) medal by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II for my extensive services to the voluntary youth sector in Croydon.

I also have extensive knowledge of organising and planning a wide variety of functions, including Fashion Shows, Craft Fairs, Conferences and Training Sessions.

I have through-out my career chaired many commitees.
